The exterior is taken from a design of a Tuscany  Mansion from the end of 19th century to which the designer has added elements of Art nouveau period architecture .

The completion of the whole exterior is in similar stone terracotta color, the roofs in the lateral bodies are in ceramic tiles all moldings are hand made. The roof in the central body is flat.

In the lateral bodies (front part of the house) the long windows are surrounded with moldings hand made in place (not foam). With original English tiles from the Art Nouveau

The portico ha a colonnade of 2 cast iron  columns that are 2 levels  high,  with a door (Italian) in compact  carved mahogany and beveled  glass  (handles and ring bell) in the top part there is a marquee  in wrought iron from the same  epoch, which combines with both lateral windows  to the door,

The canopy of the entry, is supported by 4 brackets of wrought riveted iron belonging to  a splashboard from a railway station from the last century, the interior of this canopy is lined in the interior  with English tiles

In the back front that faces the garden there is an Art Nouveau balcony in cast iron with two columns as the ones in the entrance portico for the master bedroom

All the architectural elements as iron-works, carpentry and ceramics, are original bought in demolitions from Argentina Italy and France.
