935 sq. ft. (85m2) condo located at
LA BARRA ''Best Punta del Este Beach,
steps away from the beach and its outdoor
restaurants and cafes, with stunning views of the , ocean and Isla
Gorriti in the background. We own the leading home
decor business in Punta, so we take
pride in our rental condo. From beautiful floors to brand new
bathrooms and kitchen, including all appliances, a new flat-screen
TV etc. The decor is Mexican and happy, top quality furnishings, but
no clutter with really originaly Mexican
accents made by our
associated artist. You will be
walking distance to the top Beaches of Punta (rough ocean surf,
or sheltered bay) the local bus stop
is in front of the complex (transportation
to any attractive location in Punta del Este if you don't wish to
drive or rent a car), cinemas, a supermarket, the shopping streets (Gorlero
and Calle 20), and countless restaurants, cafes, pubs, etc. |

The day In Punta del Este
doesn’t being until lunch, probably because you were still partying around
breakfast! Local DJ’s turn the beaches into an all day party in the sun.
Dress to impress, yes even on the beach. P.S. You’ll really wish you didn’t
eat that cookie! The Night Don’t even think of showing up in one of
the clubs until at least 2 a.m. They may not even be open. Plan on getting
home around the same time that the sun comes up. Better yet, watch the
sunrise in your designer duds on the beach, then go rest your head until
lunch.
Fashion is OK Whether you are hanging out at the beach or in the
night club, fashion is a high priority. The South Americans are always
looking their best. So, bring you Fashion “A” Game and enjoy feeling
beautiful every day.Get ready for a new
Punta del Este lifestyle!
12 p.m.: Wake up
1 p.m.: Eat a light breakfast of fruit and coffee
2 p.m.: Head to the beach
3 p.m.: Have lunch beach side at a local restaurant
5 p.m.: Go back to the beach and vibe to the DJ
8 p.m.: Go home and take a Siesta
11 p.m.: Dinner reservations
2 a.m.: Time to hit the lounge or discotheque
5 a.m.: Time for bed...dream about doing it all again tomorrow!
